Gabriele De Anna (M.Litt. St. Andrews; Ph.D., Padua; Ph.D., St. Andrews) is permanent researcher in philosophy at the University of Udine, Italy. He works on the philosophy of mind (cognition and action), and on the relationship between individual freedom and political liberty. He is interested on those issues both in contemporary debates and in the history of philosophy (especially Aquinas).
